Carmen Electra introduced the Chevrolet Volt electric concept car in Detroit GM Style Gala. The hot Baywatch babe Carmen looked sparkling in a black and grey gown with silver beading running from the neckline to the mermaid hem.

Other celebrities gracing the GM Style Gala included: Jay-Z, singer Nick Lachey, Christian Slater and many others.

...I would say all Carmen Electra's look sexy except fpr her fingers... It was like a shock to me that such a hot beuty has short crooked fingers.
