Did I miss something? Just a few day ago Kelly Clarkson had short hair at 24th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards (April, 18) and yesterday her hair style changed dramatically! "American Idols Gives Back" event saw the abundance of hair on Kelly's head. If it is not a wig, then congrats to Kelly's hairstylist!

"American Idols Gives Back" finally arrived on April 25, 2007 in Walt Disney Concert Hall, LA. The event hosted by host Ryan Seacrest and Ellen DeGenere aimed to raise money for poverty-stricken children in Africa and America. The reported amount of money raised is $30 million.

Singer-songwriter and actress Kelly Clarkson came to support Melissa Etheridge who was honored at ASCAP Pop Music Awards as the most prominent songwriter of the year. ASCAP Pop Music Awards is the part of 'I Create Music Week' event running between April, 15-21 and honoring the songwriters and publishers of the most performed pop songs of 2006.

ASCAP Pop Music Awards ceremony was held in Kodak Theater Los Angeles, CA. 2006 was a great year for Etheridge as she also won Academy Award for best original song in a motion picture.
