Michelle Rodriguez: her bodyguards

The Lost and the Fast and Furious star Michelle Rodriguez going for a walk about Beverly Hills (12/21) does not forget to take her guards. I would say these were her relatives (they obviosly have some resembleness to the actress) but for the way they behave... I wonder is there any face control when you want to work as Michelle Rodriguez's body guard, do you necessarilly need to be from Puerto Rico or Mexico?
